Twice a year I go to visit my Grandmother in South Carolina.  I always plan my trip in April when the strawberries are ripe and so sweet because they are my favorite. I make this jam when I'm in SC visiting and it is one of the only canned goods where regional produce is not used. I've brought you a little taste of SC in a jar, try some today!
